Earlier discussions with colleagues and peers led to KBC presenting the new 'Heart Intelligence Program' to organisations and businesses. One service asked K BC to develop a program flyer outlining the specific benefits for staff. The service had a terrific response and has since purchased the program. Heart programs can be customised for:

• Teams that have particular focus or purpose
• Groups of clients/consumers
• Management teams
• Executives

KBC's vision for these programs is for there to be more heart (quality) at work and in our work relationships.  An abbreviated version of the powerpoint presentation is in the Facilitation/Training section.

Following discussions with businesses, community and health services, we developed - based on over eight years of community experience - a 'Heart Intelligence Program' to be able to assist organisations and staff more directly with some of the core issues that impact on work and team performance: communication, attitude, behaviour, quality of relationship and the ability to genuinely care/support others, clients and team members.
